About the Public Health Academy and Courses:
It is one of the strategic initiatives of the Public Health Authority, aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of workers in the public health sector, both health and non-health professionals, in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national and health transformation programs in capacity development.
The academy offers professional training programs centered on competencies, aiming to empower public health workers by equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed to perform their tasks effectively, while also fostering the development of future generations of experts and researchers in the field.
All workers and those interested in public health fields, including health and non-health practitioners involved in prevention, safety, and maintaining public health.
The courses on the platform are available to everyone, both inside and outside the Kingdom, for all categories and nationalities.
Note: Some specialized courses may be available only to individuals with specific experience or certifications.
All the academy's courses are available for free to anyone interested in public health fields.
Some courses are offered in Arabic, while others are in English. This will be clarified in the course description and announcement. Some courses are available in both Arabic and English.
Registration and Issues Related to It:

The certificate is issued based on the details entered by the trainee when creating the account. The name cannot be changed after the certificate is issued. If a trainee wishes to change their name, they must contact us via the academy’s email: phacademy@pha.gov.sa.
To move to the next step, you must complete the current requirement, view all training content, and pass the post_test.
The system may ask you to update some additional information. Ensure that all fields are filled out and updated, then click “Save changes.”
You may experience a delay in updating the progress percentage, but it will update once the entire course content is completed.
You can browse courses by specialty or category. If you don’t find a course that suits you but believe it is necessary, you can suggest the course title, objectives, and target audience by sending them to the academy's email: phacademy@pha.gov.sa.
Training Courses and Content:
Currently, hours are awarded only for in-person training courses. If any platform courses are accredited by the Health Specialties Authority, it will be announced in the course brochure on our social media platforms.
You can register for the training courses by visiting the course page on our website, selecting the desired course, and clicking "Register me for this course."
Yes, you can register for multiple courses simultaneously.
You need a computer or mobile device connected to the internet, along with an updated web browser and a program to view PDF files. We recommend downloading the latest version of the Chrome browser.
Certificates and Technical Support:
You can receive the certificate immediately after successfully completing the course and passing all the required tests.
Yes, the certificates awarded to trainees are accredited by the Public Health Academy.
The duration of the training courses depends on the course content, and the time required to complete the course will be indicated in the course announcement and description.
The academy’s courses are designed so that trainees can continue from where they left off. Therefore, if the internet connection is interrupted, you can resume the course without needing to start over.

Exams and Final Certificates:
All the courses offered by the Public Health Academy are asynchronous, meaning you can attend the course at any time that suits your schedule.

Once you register for a course, it will be added to the "My Courses" page.
Yes, you can read the course objectives and know the target audience before entering the course content or registering.
Once you complete the entire course and meet the course requirements, you will be able to access the certificate. The certificate will also be sent to the email registered in your account (you can check the junk mail folder). You can access certificates for all the courses you attended by going to your profile and clicking on "My Certificates".

Yes, the training content on the academy’s platform is designed to be compatible with mobile devices (phones or tablets). However, we recommend using desktop or laptop computers for the best experience and to ensure all components are displayed clearly.
